Disability Awareness Training Programs
Progression is a leader in the crafting of capacity building of Disability and Awareness programs which speak to a variety of audiences including Human Resource Departments; Employment Equity, Disability, or Diversity forums; managers and general staff. Generic and bespoke packages are available depending on the nature of the desired organisational outcomes. All initiatives are interactive, provoke attitudinal change and empower delegates to follow best practice thus reducing discriminatory behaviour within the workplace. Capacity Building programs include (but are not limited to) recruitment of people with disabilities, sustainable management of disability in the workplace, a best practice human capital value analysis process, and the managing of an end-to-end employment cycles for people with disabilities.
