    This learnership enables learners to develop work relevant competence, progress further, to either the Advanced Certificate or the Diploma as well as access to lifelong professional development and support, through the opportunity to take up student membership of the AAT, the largest professional body for accounting technicians. Qualified accounting technicians, with an internationally recognised qualification, make a valuable and critical contribution to organisational and national economic success. On completion of this qualification the learner will demonstrate competence in the processing of sales and/or receipts, apply general principles and procedures for ethical compliance expected within the public accounting sector and use computer systems and software, etc. This qualification is available in Gauteng and Cape Town.   • IT Systems Support NQF 5 Learnership

    The purpose of this qualification is to develop learners with the requisite competencies against the skills profile for the Systems Support career path. This qualification came about to meet the need for entry level candidates who are capable of applying a range of institutionally acquired skills in the workplace, in the field of Systems Support, in a manner that adds business value. A qualifying learner at this level will be a well-rounded IT professional building on foundational technical skills acquired at NQF level 4, via the National Certificate in IT Technical Support or equivalent.     This programme falls under the skills development element of the BEE Scorecard. Your organisation is able to contribute to the skills growth within South Africa, without the direct mentoring having an impact on your business operations, while simultaneously boosting your BEE points Learners will be hosted at Siyakwazi, a NPO that focuses on giving support to children within rural communities with the aim of preventing cognitive disability.   Progression will assist your organisation in putting together a four year skills development learnership programme and career path that commences with a Business Administration NQF Level 2, and progresses to Early Childhood Development NQF Levels 3, 4 & 5.

  • Sewing and Woodworking Hub

    We have an exciting opportunity for 15 learners in KZN and 30 learners in Gauteng to be a part of a New Venture Creation opportunity. The new venture will be set up in such a way that the learners will be shareholders in the business. The business will commence as a HUB where the learners will be taught and mentored in the various elements of sewing and woodworking as well as business ownership and management. Their services will be outsourced to various companies who have committed, through letters of intent and future contracts, to utilising the services of the HUB.   Your spend towards the above project will potentially contribute towards the Skills Development and Social Enterprise Development aspect of your BEE Scorecard.
